The Official Condo Buyers Guide to Miami™ features profiles and data about all 34,000 units in the 60-block stretch of Greater Downtown Miami, which is comprised of the neighborhoods of Brickell Avenue, Downtown Miami, and the Biscayne Boulevard Corridor.

This reference guide includes a list of more than 150 towers in a format that permits readers to compare units, floor plans, the age of the construction, amenities, and much more.

The Official Condo Buyers Guide To Miami™ also features several locator maps and building-by-building profiles of every tower in the district.

Please join Condo Vultures® on Tuesday, April 28 at the Doubletree Grand Hotel in Miami as the firm relaunches the CondoVultures® Seminar Series.

Mr. Zalewski will be the keynote speaker. He will discuss the methodology used in creating this exclusive, one-of-a-kind condo guidebook and explore in depth this fascinating period in South Florida real estate history.

The agenda will also include a discussion of proprietary research collected by Condo Vultures® for another of the firm's recently published eBooks, The Great Miami Condo Crash.

A question and answer period will follow the keynote presentation. The event will run from 5:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
